Ingredients
- 1 c. vinegar
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. kosher salt
- 1 tsp. celery seed
- 1 tsp. mustard seed
- 7 c. small cucumbers, washed and sliced
- 2 c. onions, chopped
- 1 c. green peppers, chopped
- 1 c. red peppers, chopped
Directions

1Put the first 5 ingredients in a saucepan.

2Bring to a boil for 5 minutes.

3Let cool.

4In a large bowl with lid, put remaining ingredients.

5Pour vinegar mixture over cucumbers, peppers and onions.

6Seal with lids for one hour at room temperature.

7Put in jars with lids and keep in refrigerator.

8Wait 10 days before eating.

9They will keep for a year or longer.
-
10Makes about 1 1/2 quarts.
