  • 1 lb. pork sausage, browned and drained
  • 1 c. chopped celery
  • 1 c. chopped onion
  • 1 c. chopped bell pepper
  • 2 cans chicken broth
  • 1 small box instant rice
  • 1 (12 oz.) bottle Italian dressing
  • 1 1/2 lb. steak or ground beef
  • 1 lb. spaghetti or preferred pasta, cooked and set aside
  • 1 small onion, sliced and cut in half
