- 1/2 lb. ground pork
- 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1/2 lb. raw shrimp, chopped small
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 c. grated carrot
- 1/4 c. chopped green onion
- 2 c. shredded Chinese cabbage
- 4 cloves minced garlic
- 1 pkg. bean sprouts, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- salt and pepper to taste
- lumpia wrappers
- milk
- vegetable oil
Directions

1Saute pork, beef and onion and drain.

2Add shrimp and cook 1 minute.

3Remove from heat and add eggs, carrot, green onion, cabbage, garlic, sprouts and soy sauce.

4Salt and pepper to taste. Let mixture cool.

5Put heaping tablespoon of filling on each lumpia wrapper.

6Roll up, making small cylinder.

7Tuck ends in and seal with milk.

8Deep fry until brown.

9Serve with sweet and sour sauce for dipping.
