  • 1 lb. ground pork
  • 1/2 lb. cooked shrimp
  • 2 green onions
  • 1 small carrot
  • 1 can water chestnuts
  • 2 celery ribs
  • 2 to 3 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1 tsp. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 egg
  • garlic powder to taste
  • Kikkoman sweet and sour sauce
  • few drops Tabasco sauce
  • 1 pkg. lumpia wrappers, cut in half

    Chop finely the shrimp, onions, carrot, water chestnuts and celery.

    Mix first 11 ingredients thoroughly.

    Take a heaping tablespoonful and roll in lumpia wrapper.

    Make a long roll.

    Cut into 2-inch pieces.

    Deep fat fry.

    Combine the sweet and sour sauce and Tabasco sauce; heat.

    Serve with heated sweet and sour sauce in a small bowl.
