  • 2 qt. milk
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. cinnamon
  • 3/4 Tbsp. nutmeg
  • 2 Tbsp. vanilla
  • 6 large eggs
  • maple syrup

    Bake until eggs set.

    Lay slices of bread in baking dish. Beat eggs well.

    Add other ingredients, except syrup, which is used on top of baked pudding.
