Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp. oil
  • 1 onion, minced
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 lb. ground pork
  • 1 pkg. bean sprouts
  • 1 (4 oz.) can shrimp
  • 1 carrot, Chinese cut
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • shoyu sauce to taste
  • 1/4 c. oyster sauce
  • 1 pkg. lumpia wrappers
  • 1 beaten egg

Directions

    Saute garlic and onion in oil.

    Add shrimp, pork and seasonings; brown well.

    Add vegetables.

    Cook until half done. Drain and cool.

    Drop 2 tablespoons of mixture in center of lumpia wrapper; fold over, fold in ends and roll.

    Seal ends with egg. We like to dip in Sweet Sour Sauce!
