Ingredients

  • 1 lb. hamburger
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 5 stalks celery, diced
  • 4 carrots, grated
  • 1/2 head cabbage, shredded
  • 1 1/2 c. mushrooms, diced
  • 2 green peppers, diced
  • 1/2 large bottle soy sauce
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. pepper
  • egg roll wrappers

Directions

    Mix altogether (except wrappers).

    Refrigerate for 1 hour. Beat together 1 egg and 2 teaspoons water.

    Spoon mixture onto egg roll wrapper and dampen edges with egg and water mixture.

    Roll up and deep fry.
