Ingredients

  • 1/4 to 1/2 lb. ground pork
  • 1/2 lb. ground round
  • 1/2 c. onion, chopped
  • 1/4 to 1/2 lb. shrimp, chopped
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 can mushrooms, chopped
  • 1/2 c. carrots, grated
  • 1/4 c. green onion, minced
  • 2 Tbsp. shoyu
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 pkg. bean sprouts
  • salt, pepper and m.s.g. to taste
  • 1 pkg. lumpia wrappers

Directions

    Mix and brown together ground pork and ground round.

    Add onion to meat mixture and saute.

    Add shrimp and cook for 1 minute.

    Remove from heat and add eggs.

    Cool mixture, then add remaining ingredients.

    Mix well.

    Wrap in lumpia wrappers.

    Put about 1 heaping tablespoonful on a wrapper.

    (Mixture must be cool before wrapping, or wrapper will fall apart.)

    Deep fry until golden brown.
