Ingredients

  • lumpia or eggroll wrappers
  • garlic powder to taste
  • salt-free Mrs. Dash to taste
  • 2 finely chopped medium onions
  • 2 finely chopped bell peppers
  • 1 can bean sprouts
  • 2 or 3 lb. ground beef
  • 1 lb. cooked chicken
  • your favorite shredded cheese to taste
  • olive or vegetable oil

Directions

    Mix ingredients together in a large bowl.

    Place two tablespoons of mixture in each wrapper and fold up as you would an eggroll.

    Deep fry each in oil, on medium heat, until golden brown.
