- garlic powder to taste
- salt-free Mrs. Dash to taste
- 2 finely chopped medium onions
- 2 finely chopped bell peppers
- 1 can bean sprouts
- 2 or 3 lb. ground beef
- 1 lb. cooked chicken
- your favorite shredded cheese to taste
- olive or vegetable oil
Directions

1Mix ingredients together in a large bowl.
