- Lumpia wrappers
- 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 lb. ground pork
- 4 cloves of garlic
- 1 small carrot
- 1 stalk celery
Directions

1Chop that all really fine - and you can add bean sprouts, cabbage, etc. if you want.

2Brown everything together and drain the meat mixture really good.

3Let it cool for a little bit.

4Take your lumpia wrappers and put one large spoonful of meat mixture in one of the corners.

5Start rolling and half way fold the ends in and then continue.

6Make sure you wrap it really tight.

7Take flour and water mixture and just use that as like a glue to make the end stick together.

8Fry in regular oil until golden brown.
