Lumpia(Egg Rolls)

  • Lumpia wrappers
  • 1/2 lb. ground beef
  • 1/2 lb. ground pork
  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • 1 small carrot
  • 1 stalk celery

    Chop that all really fine - and you can add bean sprouts, cabbage, etc. if you want.

    Brown everything together and drain the meat mixture really good.

    Let it cool for a little bit.

    Take your lumpia wrappers and put one large spoonful of meat mixture in one of the corners.

    Start rolling and half way fold the ends in and then continue.

    Make sure you wrap it really tight.

    Take flour and water mixture and just use that as like a glue to make the end stick together.

    Fry in regular oil until golden brown.
