  • 1 cucumber unpeeled
  • 1/2 cucumber sliced
  • salt
  • 1 natural yogurt
  • English mustard ground, to taste
  • 1/2 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • garlic shoots to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Directions

    Grate unpeeled cucumber into a glass dish, and cut remaining cucumber into slices, and sprinkle with a pinch of salt for 15 minutes to extract the water from cucumber.

    Then, add the yogurt, and re-season with salt if necessary

    Add a pinch of ground English mustard, and apple cider vinegar.

    Cover with garlic sprouts, and a drizzle of olive oil.

    Refrigerate until serving.
