- 1 cucumber unpeeled
- 1/2 cucumber sliced
- salt
- 1 natural yogurt
- English mustard ground, to taste
- 1/2 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- garlic shoots to taste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Directions

1Grate unpeeled cucumber into a glass dish, and cut remaining cucumber into slices, and sprinkle with a pinch of salt for 15 minutes to extract the water from cucumber.

2Then, add the yogurt, and re-season with salt if necessary

3Add a pinch of ground English mustard, and apple cider vinegar.

4Cover with garlic sprouts, and a drizzle of olive oil.

5Refrigerate until serving.
