  • 1 (8 oz.) can crescent dinner rolls
  • 1 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 1 can English peas, drained
  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/4 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 2 c. cooked chicken
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped onion

Directions

    Unroll dough and fit into an ungreased 9 x 13-inch casserole. Cover dough with the cheese, then add peas. Combine remaining ingredients and spoon over peas. Bake at 350° for 20 to 25 minutes. Do not brown;

    let set for 10 minutes before cutting squares. Yields 6 to 8 servings.
