  • 1 1/2 c. American cheese, diced or shredded
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • dash of pepper
  • 1 tsp. chili powder
  • 8 hamburger buns

    Combine; place on lower half of buns.

    Heat in 400° oven for 10 minutes or until cheese melts.

    Place top bun on just enough to heat.

    Can be placed under broiler, but watch carefully.
