  • 1 c. sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1/4 c. margarine
  • 1/4 c. fresh lemon juice, plus grated lemon
  • 3 egg yolks
  • 8 oz. sour cream
  • baked pie shell
  • Cool Whip

Directions

    Cook the sugar, flour, milk, margarine and lemon juice about 4 minutes in microwave.

    Blend some of it with beaten egg yolks. Return complete mixture to microwave and cook to boiling temperature.

    Cool and add sour cream.

    Pour into baked pie shell. Top with Cool Whip.
