  • 6 to 8 pork chops
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 can (small) evaporated milk and same amount whole milk
  • 2 c. all-purpose flour
  • mustard to taste
  • dash of salt, pepper and garlic
  • oil (for frying)

Directions

    Heat oil on low heat.

    Wash and dry pork chops.

    Mix all dry ingredients and spread mustard on pork chops.

    Dip in flour mixture; fry until brown.

    Pour chicken soup and milk over chops. Cover and simmer until done.
