- 2 sticks Butter
- 1 cup Sugar
- 6 whole Eggs
- 2 cups Flour
Directions

1Heat the waffle iron.

2Cream the butter and sugar together. Slightly beat the eggs and then add to the butter and sugar. Then add the flour.

3Add 1 tablespoon of batter to the hot iron ( I have a small scoop and it works perfectly).

4Close the iron. Some of the dough will squeeze out the sides- you will need to trim this off with a knife. Heat for approximately 2 minutes on one side, then flip and cook for approximately 1 minute on the other side.

5Quickly remove from the heat and separate the two cookies by cutting with a knife, then pull the cookie out.

6This is really a two- or three-person job. The cookies need to then be quickly rolled before they cool off.
