- 2 pounds fruit Fresh lychee, peeled and pitted
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup fresh orange juice
- 2 cups fresh raspberries
- 1 cup sugar
Directions

1IN A BLENDER, puree the lychee fruit.

2Add the sugar and orange juice and freeze according to the ice-cream maker's instructions.

3Puree the raspberries in a blender.

4Strain into a small bowl through the fine-mesh strainer.

5Mix in the sugar.

6Refrigerate until ready to use.

7To serve, make a pool of raspberry sauce on a small plate and add the sorbet in the center.
