- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 2 beef bouillon cubes
- 1 c. water
- 4 large potatoes
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Dilute beef bouillon cubes in water.

2Slightly saute onions in butter.

3Add beef bouillon.

4Cut potatoes about the size of hashed browns and add to broth, salt and pepper to taste.

5Cover.

6Cook about 20 to 25 minutes, stirring occasionally.
