  • 2 gal. tomatoes
  • 16 ears corn
  • 4 sweet peppers
  • 2 pods hot pepper
  • 1/2 c. okra
  • 1 c. lima or shelled beans
  • 2 lb. carrots
  • 1/2 c. vinegar
  • 1/2 or less salt (canning salt)
  • 1 c. sugar
