- 2 cups fat-free cottage cheese
- 1 (8 ounce) container fat free sour cream
- 1 egg
- 34 teaspoon salt
- pepper
- garlic
- 2 (8 ounce) bags reduced-fat sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 (7 ounce) package cooked macaroni
Directions

1Combine cottage cheese, sour cream, egg, salt, garlic and pepper.

2Add cheese and mix well.

3Add macaroni and stir until well coated.

4Put in a greased 2 1/2 quart dish.

5Bake at 350F uncovered for 25-30 minutes.
