  • 2 cups fat-free cottage cheese
  • 1 (8 ounce) container fat free sour cream
  • 1 egg
  • 34 teaspoon salt
  • pepper
  • garlic
  • 2 (8 ounce) bags reduced-fat sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 (7 ounce) package cooked macaroni

Directions

    Combine cottage cheese, sour cream, egg, salt, garlic and pepper.

    Add cheese and mix well.

    Add macaroni and stir until well coated.

    Put in a greased 2 1/2 quart dish.

    Bake at 350F uncovered for 25-30 minutes.
