  • 2 cups (276 g) cashews
  • 4 cups (474 mL) water
  • 1/2 cup (119 mL) extra virgin coconut oil
  • 6 tablespoons (72 g) nutritional yeast
  • 6 tablespoons (90 mL) tahini
  • Juice of 2 lemons

Directions

    Cook the pasta according to the package directions.

    Combine the remaining ingredients in the blender and blend until smooth.

    Transfer the mixture from the blender to a saucepan and warm over medium heat, stirring often.
