Ingredients

  • 1 lb. elbow macaroni
  • 1 lb. medium Cheddar
  • 3 Tbsp. flour
  • 2 c. milk
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. pepper
  • 1/3 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. butter

Directions

    Boil macaroni until tender.

    Drain and put into 11 x 13-inch baking pan.

    Put butter, flour, milk, pepper, salt and sugar in macaroni and mix thoroughly.

    Grate Cheddar over top of macaroni and put into oven at 350° for 45 minutes.
