- 1 lb. elbow macaroni
- 1 lb. medium Cheddar
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 2 c. milk
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. pepper
- 1/3 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. butter
Directions

1Boil macaroni until tender.

2Drain and put into 11 x 13-inch baking pan.

3Put butter, flour, milk, pepper, salt and sugar in macaroni and mix thoroughly.

4Grate Cheddar over top of macaroni and put into oven at 350° for 45 minutes.
