- 3 cups Elbow Macaroni, I Did Whole Wheat
- 1 pound Hamburger
- 1/2 whole Onion, Chopped
- Salt And Pepper, to taste
- 1/4 cups Flour
- 1 cup Milk, Or More As Needed
- 2 cups Shredded Velveeta Cheese
Directions

1Prepare macaroni in a large pot, according to package directions.

2Then drain pasta and rinse with cool water.

3Put the same large pot, which is now empty, over medium heat.

4Add hamburger, onions and salt and pepper to taste.

5Cook until meat is browned and onions are soft.

6Drain off the grease.

7Sprinkle flour over beef and add milk and cheese.

8Heat it and stir to thicken, adding more milk as necessary to maintain a creamy consistency.

9Add in rinsed pasta and stir well.

10Add more milk as needed to create a nice moist, cheesy dish.

11Serve hot.
