- 16 oz elbow macaroni
- 1/2 stick butter
- 1 cup cubed soft cheese
- 1 cup cubed cheddar cheese
- 1 egg
- 2 1/2 cups milk
- Paprika to taste
Directions

1Boil macaroni as directed. Cut butter into small pieces and put on bottom of 13x9 baking dish. Beat egg and milk with wire wisk. Set aside. Put half of macaroni over butter. Sprinkle with half of cheese. Pour 1/2 of egg mixture over macaroni. Repeat with remaining macaroni, cheese and egg mixture. Sprinkle top with paprika to taste. Bake at 350 for 15 minutes. Stir until blended. Bake an additional 15 minutes or until golden brown.
