  • 1 Tbsp. Dijon style mustard
  • 2 tsp. minced onion
  • 1 c. shredded American cheese
  • 2 c. soft bread crumbs (about 3 slices bread)
  • 2 stiff beaten egg whites
  • 8 oz. kielbasa or frankfurters, bias sliced
