- 1 smoked picnic shoulder
- 1 qt. apple cider vinegar
- 1 bottle hot sauce
Directions

1Trim all fat and skin off shoulder that you can.

2Place in a slow cooker with half bottle of vinegar and 1/8 bottle of hot sauce.

3Let cook on low overnight, or about 8 hours.

4Drain all juice and put other half bottle of vinegar and 1/8 bottle of hot sauce.

5Cook about 4 hours or until you are ready to eat.
