- 2 (7 oz.) jars Macadamia nuts
- 2 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. light corn syrup
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 c. water
Directions

1Butter large baking sheet; set aside.

2Cut nuts in half; set aside.

3In 10-inch nonstick skillet, combine sugar with water and the corn syrup.

4Over medium-high heat, cook, stirring occasionally, until golden brown.

5Stir in nuts; cook, stirring constantly until medium brown (do not burn mixture).

6Remove from heat; quickly stir in butter and baking soda.

7Pour onto prepared baking sheet.

8Cool on pan or wire rack.

9Break into pieces. Makes 4 1/2 cups.
