  • 6 12 ounces dry roasted salted macadamia nuts, finely chopped
  • 14 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup butter, room temperature
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions

    Cream the butter and sugar.

    Add the flour, vanilla and chopped nuts.

    Roll in 3/4 inch balls and bake on parchment lined baking sheets at 325* for 20-22 minutes.

    Roll in powdered sugar while warm.

    These freeze well.
