  • 2 (12-inch) unbaked pie shells (in tart pans)
  • 3 large eggs
  • 2 Tbsp. vanilla
  • 2/3 c. sugar
  • 1/4 lb. butter, melted
  • 1 (10 oz.) jar Macadamia nuts, chopped
  • 1 c. dark corn syrup
