- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
- 1 c. water
- 1 (16 oz.) can cannellini beans or any beans desired
- 1/2 lb. ditalini or elbow macaroni
- fresh parsley, chopped
- grated cheese
Directions

1In saucepan, fry garlic gently in the oil until golden brown. Add tomato sauce and water; cook for 10 minutes.

2Add beans; stir gently.

3Continue to cook on simmer.

4Cook pasta al dente; drain and add to bean mixture.

5Stir gently.

6If it gets too thick, add a little more water.

7Add parsley.

8Serve immediately, or else pasta will absorb all liquid.

9Sprinkle with grated cheese.
