- 1 pkg. lumpia wrappers
- 1/8 c. oil
- 1/2 head cabbage, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, diced
- 1 lb. ground beef or pork
- 1/2 lb. bean sprouts
- 1/4 c. diced onion
- 1 piece carrot, stripped
- 1/2 pkg. green beans, stripped
- salt to taste
Directions

1Saute garlic and onion in a pot.

2Add ground beef; season with salt.

3Add carrot and green beans.

4Cook 5 minutes.

5Add bean sprouts and cabbage.

6Cook until done.

7Drain and cool.

8Wrap and roll tightly in lumpia wrapper.

9Use 1 egg beaten to seal the wrapper.

10Deep fry until golden brown.

11Makes up to 28 to 32 pieces.

12Serve hot and crispy.
