- 1 English cucumber
- 2 large tomatoes
- 1 onion
- 1 bottle low calorie Italian dressing
- 1 block Feta cheese
- green onion (optional)
- 1 can large olives
Directions

1Clean all vegetables.

2Slice cucumber into round slices and tomatoes into bite size pieces.

3Slice onion in half, the slices into single moon slices.

4Separate each slice.

5Cut olives into slices.

7Refrigerate until 1 hour before serving.
