- 1 1/2 c. elbow macaroni
- salt and pepper
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 3 Tbsp. margarine
- 2 c. milk
- 1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
Directions

1Stir on stove in saucepan:

2flour, margarine, milk and Velveeta cheese until melted and creamy.

3Cook elbows and drain. Pour cheese mixture and elbows into 8 x 8-inch casserole dish. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.

4Bake 20 minutes, uncovered, at 400°.
