  • 3 to 4 Tbsp. flour
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 2 c. milk
  • 1 1/2 to 2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • Parmesan cheese

Directions

    Cook macaroni according to directions.

    Meanwhile, melt butter in glass container in microwave.

    Blend in flour.

    Add salt. Slowly blend in milk.
