- 8 oz. elbow macaroni
- 8 oz. sharp cheddar cheese, cut in chunks
- 8 oz. mild cheddar cheese, cut in chunks
- 1 large can evaporated milk
- 3 eggs
- 1 or 2 Tbsp. butter
- water
- salt
- pepper
Directions

1Cook macaroni. Drain. Put in large mixing bowl. Add cheese and butter. Mix eggs and milk. Add to macaroni and cheese. Toss until well mixed. Pour mixture into greased dish. Bake at 350° for 40-45 minutes.
