  • 2 to 4 cans mushrooms
  • 4 oz. jar pimientos
  • 7 oz. can Ortega chilies
  • 1/3 (2 lb.) box Velveeta cheese
  • 8 oz. pkg. sharp Cheddar cheese
  • approximately 1/2 c. white wine
