- 1 lb. bag pinto beans
- 1 small pepperoni stick
- 1 chunk Mozzarella cheese
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 jar Prego tomato sauce or homemade
Directions

1Wash off pinto beans.

2Let soak in water about 2 hours, then cook in clean water until soft and then drain.

3While beans are cooking, shred cheese and slice pepperoni into thin slices.

4Also fry up in a skillet your ground beef.

5Drain the beef really good. When beans are ready, you use a casserole dish to layer your ingredients.

6First put some sauce on bottom of dish, then beans, then pepperoni, then cheese.

7Top with sauce and continue. Process until all is finished.

8Bake at 350° until all is melted together and hot about 30 minutes.
