Macaroni Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 box Kraft Velveeta shells and cheese
  • 1/2 stick margarine
  • 1 small can evaporated milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1 c. sweet milk
  • 8 oz. grated Colby cheese

Directions

    Cook shells as directed.

    Rinse in warm water and return to pot.

    Add package of cheese, margarine and evaporated milk.

    Mix. Beat egg in the sweet milk and add to macaroni.

    Grate Colby cheese and add half of cheese to macaroni mixture.

    Fold in.

    Pour in casserole dish and sprinkle remainder of cheese on top.

    Bake in 350° oven until slightly brown.
