  • 1 spaghetti squash (2-3/4 lb./1.2 kg), cut lengthwise in half, seeded
  • 1 red pepper, chopped
  • 8 cups tightly packed mixed baby salad greens
  • 1/4 cup Kraft Extra Virgin Olive Oil Tuscan Italian Dressing
  • 1/4 cup Kraft 100% Parmesan Grated Cheese

    Spray cut sides of squash with cooking spray; place, cut sides down, on baking sheet.
