  • 1 (8 oz.) box shell macaroni, cooked as directed
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 3/4 can water
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 1/2 lb. sharp cheese, grated
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped onion
  • 2 Tbsp. green pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. pimento

Directions

    Mix mayonnaise, cream of mushroom soup and water.

    Add cheese, onion, pepper and pimento.

    Stir in macaroni.

    Put in casserole dish.

    Refrigerate overnight.

    Cook at 350° until brown and bubbly (about 45 minutes to 1 hour).
