- 2 c. macaroni (uncooked)
- 1 can cream-style soup (celery or mushroom)
- 1 c. milk
- 1/4 lb. cheese, cubed
- 1 Tbsp. chopped onion
- 1 Tbsp. chopped pimento
- 1 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 1 can tuna or other meat
Directions

1Cook macaroni; drain and rinse in cold water.

2Combine soup, milk, onion, pimento, green pepper and black pepper.

3Place over low heat, adding cheese, and stirring occasionally until the cheese is melted.

4Mix macaroni and tuna in a 1 1/2-quart casserole dish.

5Blend in cheese sauce.

6Bake at 325° for 20 minutes.

7Can add vegetable for a complete meal.
