  • 2 lb Cavatapi pasta (double elbows)
  • 1 1/2 qt. heavy cream
  • 1 lb sharp cheddar, grated
  • 1 lb. Monterey Jack
  • Buttered bread crumbs

    Preheat oven to 350' F.

    Cook pasta al dente

    Heat cream, add cheese to melt

    Pour cheese sauce over pasta

    Put into greased baking dish

    Sprinkle with buttered bread crumbs

    Bake until bubbly and brown on top, approximately 30 minutes.
