- 8 oz pasta
- 1/4 cup butter
- 3 tbsp flour
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 2 cup milk
- 2 cup cheddar cheese
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 cup panko
- 1/2 cup cheddar cheese
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350C

2Make topping by tossing Panko with the melted butter in a medium bowl.

3Mix in the cheese.

4Set aside.

5Cook pasta according to directions.

6Drain and cover.

7While pasta is cooking, melt butter in a large saucepan and blend in flour, salt, and pepper.

8Cook until the mixture is bubbly, then gradually add the milk, stirring while adding.

9Stir in the Dijon.

10Over medium hear, cook and stir until the sauce boils, then simmer for 1 minute, stirring constantly.

11Add the pasta to the cheese mixture and toss lightly to cost.

12Pour into a 9 inch square baking dish.

13Then sprinkle with topping.

14Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and the topping is lightly golden.
