Macaroni Cheese Corn Bake

  • 1 can (15 Oz. Size) Whole Corn, Do Not Drain
  • 1 can (15 Oz. Size) Cream Style Corn
  • 1 cup Macaroni, Dry
  • 1 cup Velveeta Cheese, Cubed
  • 1 stick Butter, Cubed

Directions

    Mix ingredients and put into a greased 3 1/2 quart baking dish with lid.

    Cover and bake at 350°F for 35-40 minutes, stirring a couple times through the baking process. Remove the lid for the last 5-10 minutes of baking to allow casserole to brown slightly.

    Note: Depending on weather and oven, the dish may need to bake slightly longer until most of the liquid is absorbed and macaroni is al dente.
