Ingredients

  • 1/4 pkg. acini de pepe macaroni (Ronzoni, #44, 16 oz.)
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp. flour
  • 7/8 c. pineapple juice
  • shake of salt
  • 1 large can mandarin oranges
  • 1/2 large can crushed pineapple
  • 1/2 large can chunk pineapple

    Combine macaroni, sauce and fruit and let stand overnight. (Mix well.)

    Next day, add 1 large container Cool Whip and mix well.
