- 1 lb. ham steak, cut in small pieces
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 lb. box macaroni noodles
- 16 oz. can tomato sauce
- 1 to 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- salt and pepper
- oregano
- 3 to 4 Tbsp. butter
- Parmesan cheese
- bread crumbs
Directions

1Sauce:

2Fry chopped onion in small amount of olive oil.

3Add cut up ham pieces and fry with onion.

4Add salt, pepper, oregano, and tomato sauce.

5Cover and cook on low heat.

6Boil macaroni for 6 minutes.
