  • 1 lb. Tillamook or American cheese, grated
  • 3 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 c. macaroni, cooked and cooled
  • 1 c. bread crumbs
  • 1 1/2 c. milk
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 bell pepper
  • 1 small can pimiento
  • 1 tsp. salt

    Melt butter and grated cheese in double boiler.

    Put pimiento, pepper and macaroni through a coarse food chopper.

    Soak bread crumbs in milk.

    Combine all ingredients; mix thoroughly and place in a buttered casserole dish.

    Bake, uncovered, in a pan of water at 275° for 2 hours.
