- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. macaroni (quick cook or regular)
- 10 oz. sharp or mild cheese
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 eggs
- 2 c. milk
Directions

1Bring 6 cups water to boil.

2Add salt and macaroni; cook until tender.

3Grate cheese coarsely, then put in large baking dish, layering alternately with cooked macaroni.

4Beat eggs in milk; pour over this mixture.

5Take fork; mix well, down through pie. Bake at 400° or 450° until brown, about 20 minutes.

6Black pepper is optional.
