  • 1 lb. macaroni, cooked, drained and cooled
  • 1 green pepper, chopped fine
  • 1 onion, chopped fine
  • 4 carrots, grated
  • 1 can Eagle Brand milk
  • 1 c. vinegar
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 2 c. mayonnaise (not salad dressing)
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper

Directions

    Mix all the vegetables together.

    Mix milk, mayonnaise, sugar, pepper and salt.

    Pour everything over cooled macaroni and mix well.

    Make a day before serving.
