  • 1 lb. elbow macaroni, cooked, drained and placed in large serving bowl
  • 1 large green pepper, diced
  • 1 large onion, diced
  • 4 carrots, shredded
  • 1 can Eagle Brand milk
  • 1 c. vinegar
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 2 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp. salt and pepper

Directions

    Combine Eagle Brand milk, vinegar, sugar, mayonnaise, salt and pepper.

    Mix vegetables and milk mixture into drained macaroni. Refrigerate until served.
